The NSS wing of the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences, Sikkim Manipal University organised an Open Essay Writing Competition among the students of the Department on Wednesday, the 21st of September 2022. This competition was organised as a part of the Weeklong celebration of the Birth Anniversary of Dr. Ramdas Pai. A total of 40 students from across the classes and disciplines participated in the event. The themes for the essay writing contest were:
