A three-day National Conference on Political Economy of Tourism in the North Eastern States of India was organised by Centre for North East Studies and Policy Research, Jamia Millia Islamia in association with the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences, Sikkim Manipal University on 9-11 November 2021 through virtual mode. Dr. Pradip Kumar Das, Mr. K. Kokho, Prof. S.S. Mahapatra, Mr. Debajit Bora, and Prof. M. Amarjeet Singh were the chairpersons of the technical sessions. Mr. Yumnam Surjyajeevan was the convenor of the event.
