The National Service Scheme (NSS) wing of Sikkim Manipal University initiated activities to observe the International Yoga Day on 21st June 2021. Due to the prevailing Pandemic situation, student volunteers from across the units of SMU (SMIT, SMCON, DHSS, etc.) participated in the event by performing yoga activities staying at their respective homes and sharing the photos on social media platforms.
