Dr. Sangeeta Medhi (PT), Alumni of SMCPT of the MPT Batch 2020 is a lead physiotherapist at the Association of People with Disability, spearheaded the innovative "Rehab on Wheels" project, delivering affordable rehabilitation services to rural Karnataka

Over 18 months, she developed a comprehensive SOP for physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy, extending care to all age groups

Driven by compassion, she also launched a community-based cardiac rehab and pain unit for those unable to afford care with over 4,500 patients served and an 85% satisfaction rate.

Her groundbreaking work was recognized by Bridgestone India in September, 2024 for improving mobility and access to healthcare for underserved communities.
