The interaction session with the Ombudsperson (Students Grievance Redress) was successfully held on March 21, 2024, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Seminar Hall, Majitar Campus, SMIT. The session, scheduled as per the directive of the UGC, provided students with an opportunity to address any grievances they had and seek redressal.
A representative from the UGC, Dr. M. P. Thapa, Ombudsperson (Students Grievance Redress) was present, adding significance to the occasion. All student council members and Class Representatives (CRs) along with students were present in the Seminar Hall during the designated time.
The event underscored the commitment of SMIT to ensuring a supportive and conducive environment for its students, promoting transparency and accountability in addressing grievances.
