The SMIT Inter Section (1st year) Chess Competition (open to men and women both) started on date: 14th August 2023 and concluded on date: 16th August 2023. The participants consisting of a minimum 2 players were asked from each section (only 1st year students) to take part in this competition. A total number of 6 players submitted their registration. The final match of the competition was played between Section: A and Section: G. The match was won by Section: G. The best player of the tournament was LAKSHYA from Section: G 1st year student.
